Namaa Al Mostaqbal
Build / Founder-as-a-Service

Turn idea and capital into a launched startup.

For founders and venture sponsors with capital, conviction, and no technical team yet. Namaa scopes the business, builds the AI-native product, launches it, and helps operate the first 90 days of growth.

Engagement length 12–24 weeks

Live proof: Reach More is our own B2B product, active across 9 sectors and 4 channels, with 10-minute activation from sign-up to first outreach.

For founders ready to move before the team is complete.

You may have the idea, the budget, the market access, or the operating insight. What you do not have yet is the product team, AI workflow, launch system, and early growth rhythm to make the venture real.

Best fit

  • A first-time GCC founder with capital and a clear problem to solve.
  • A family-office-backed operator building a new venture.
  • A corporate spinout lead who needs to move faster than internal hiring allows.
  • A founder with domain knowledge who needs product, AI, and launch execution.

Not the right fit

  • A vague idea with no owner.
  • A project that needs only a brochure website or generic app.
  • A founder looking to outsource every decision.
  • A venture that cannot commit to a scoped build window.

Hiring first can take months. Building wrong can cost more.

Many founders lose time before the product even starts. They look for a CTO, hire freelancers, brief agencies, compare tools, and still end up with unclear scope and no working launch path.

The risk is not only speed. The risk is building before the business logic is clear. A weak first product can hide the real market question, confuse early users, and burn budget before the founder has learned enough.

What usually breaks

  • The idea is clear in conversation but not in product scope.
  • The market is attractive, but the first buyer is undefined.
  • The MVP becomes too large.
  • The agency builds screens without owning the launch logic.
  • The founder gets code, but no operating rhythm for growth, support, and learning.

From idea to operating venture in five stages.

Build separates the work into five stages so the venture is shaped before it is shipped, and operated after it is launched.

  1. 1
    Discovery

Founder, idea, market, and constraints — sharpened.

  2. 2
    Strategy

ICP, positioning, value proposition, and MVP scope.

  3. 3
    Product

AI-native MVP, workflows, and production build.

  4. 4
    Launch

First GTM assets, measurement, and the activation path.

  5. 5
    90-day Ops

Growth loops, customer interviews, and a clean handover.

A startup build, not just an MVP.

Build covers the first serious version of the company: the business logic, the product, the AI workflows, the launch assets, and the operating rhythm that lets the founder learn from the market.

We do not treat the MVP as a pile of features. We treat it as a focused proof system: what must be true, what must be built, who must use it, and what we need to learn in the first 90 days.

Deliverables

  • Discovery and founder interviews.
  • Market, competitor, and buyer research.
  • ICP, problem framing, and value proposition.
  • Product strategy and MVP scope.
  • User flows, product copy, and bilingual context where needed.
  • AI-native workflows, agents, automations, or data layers where they belong.
  • Production MVP build.
  • Launch plan and first GTM assets.
  • Measurement setup for activation, usage, and churn signals.
  • First 90 days of growth operations.

We scope tightly, build visibly, and keep the founder close.

Build engagements are founder-led. We work directly with the person accountable for the venture. That keeps scope clear, decisions fast, and the product close to the business reason it exists.

Engagement rhythm

  1. 01 First call to understand the founder, idea, budget, and constraints.
  2. 02 Written scope and indicative quote within 48 hours if the fit is clear.
  3. 03 Discovery sprint to sharpen the market, product, and first proof points.
  4. 04 Build plan with milestones, demos, and decision points.
  5. 05 Weekly written updates.
  6. 06 Fortnightly demos.
  7. 07 Scope changes handled openly before they affect timeline or budget.
  8. 08 Launch support and growth operations after the MVP is live.
Working principle

You keep the vision, customer relationships, commercial decisions, and final approval. We bring the operating system, product execution, AI-native build workflow, and launch discipline.

The work does not stop when the product goes live.

A launch is not the finish line. It is the first contact with reality. Build includes the first 90 days of growth operations so the founder is not left with a product and no operating loop.

During this period, we help turn market response into better product, clearer positioning, and sharper next actions.

What we help run

  • Measurement setup for acquisition, activation, usage, and churn signals.
  • One focused acquisition experiment.
  • Founder content coaching.
  • Customer interviews and feedback loops.
  • Weekly growth review.
  • Sales and onboarding follow-up.
  • Product fixes and prioritization based on real usage.
  • A handover plan for the founder's next team or operating rhythm.

Scoped before it starts. Honest about the limits.

Build is a fixed-fee engagement with clear deliverables, and a clear list of work we do not take on.

How we scope

  • Fixed fee per agreed scope.
  • Clear deliverables before kickoff.
  • IP and ownership handled in the statement of work.
  • Equity only in special cases if mutually agreed.
  • Scope changes documented before work expands.

What we do not do

  • We do not replace the founder.
  • We do not pitch the idea to investors on your behalf.
  • We do not take majority equity.
  • We do not build generic non-AI projects.
  • We do not start with a bloated MVP.
  • We do not hide delivery behind vague consulting language.

We build from the same operating model we use ourselves.

Reach More is the lead proof: our own live B2B product, active across 9 sectors and 4 channels, with 10-minute activation from sign-up to first outreach.

The same Build logic runs underneath it: market clarity, product workflow, automation, launch motion, customer context, and operating loops after the product is live.

  • Reach More — live B2B product across 9 sectors
  • 4 channels and 10-minute activation
  • Operating model connects research, product, GTM, and execution
  • Founder involvement: scope, architecture, and client relationship

Questions founders usually ask.

How long does Build take?

Most Build engagements run 12–24 weeks, depending on scope, product complexity, integrations, and launch requirements.

Do you take equity?

Usually no. Build is normally a fixed-fee engagement. Equity is considered only in special cases and only if both sides agree.

Who owns the product and IP?

Ownership is handled in the statement of work before kickoff. The default expectation is that the client owns the product built for them once payment and handover terms are met.

Can you help if I only have an idea?

Yes, if there is a serious founder, budget, and a market worth testing. The first stage turns the idea into a sharper business and product scope.

Do I need a CTO before working with Namaa?

No. Build is designed for founders who do not yet have the technical team in place. We can also work with your CTO if you already have one.

Do you raise money for the startup?

No. We can help clarify the product, business logic, and launch proof, but we do not act as your fundraising team.

What happens after the first 90 days?

We either hand over to your team, help define the next build scope, or continue through a separate operating retainer if there is a clear need.

Bring the idea, the context,
and the constraint.

Send us the brief. If the fit is clear, we turn the first conversation into a written scope and indicative quote within 48 hours.
